First entry to test the blogging module

Well, some people start to ask about the blogging possibilities.
So here it is.
A blog post is simple. It consist of
1. Author
2. Title
3. Text
4. Date
5. Optionaly a category.
6. Optionaly comments of the readers
The first 4 are implemented. 5 and 6 can be implemented very soon.
